Performance marketing studio · Dublin

More bookings, sales and customers. Not more likes.

Kapwa is a small Dublin studio led by Edmund Ramirez. We run Meta and Google ads for service businesses, launches and local shops, and we judge every campaign by the money it brings in.

Free, 30 minutes. You leave with a one-page growth plan, whether or not we work together.

We've grown

  • Wedding studios
  • Product launches
  • Cafés
  • Dental clinics
  • Events
  • Online shops

The problem

Most marketing reports are full of numbers that don't pay the bills.

Reach, impressions, engagement rate. They look busy on a dashboard, but you can't bank any of them.

We start from the number you'd tell your accountant and work backwards. Every monthly report leads with it, then shows what drove it and what we're changing next.

What most reports lead with

  • Reach
  • Impressions
  • Clicks
  • Engagement rate
  • New followers

What ours lead with

  • Bookings
  • Sales
  • Revenue
  • Cost per customer
  • Return on spend

Client results

Three businesses. Three different goals. One honest way of counting.

Every number below has its source underneath. Where there's a generous way and a careful way to count, we show you the careful one.

Case study · High-ticket services

A wedding film and photo studio

Wedding films and photography

The goal

Fill the wedding calendar with high-ticket bookings.

What we did

Meta lead campaigns, a lead follow-up process, and monthly reports that track every lead through to booked revenue.

€163k

in wedding bookings from Meta ads

10.3×

return on total spend

6.1%

of 722 leads became bookings, 44 in all

Client's booking tracker, 18 May 2025 to Oct 2026. Return = Meta-sourced bookings ÷ (€5,112 ad spend + €10,800 management fee). Client name held back until they say yes.

Case study · Launches and ecommerce

Iconic Cards

Wallace & Gromit premium trading cards, UK and Ireland

The goal

Build a launch waitlist. Their previous launch, Oasis, reached 3,000+ sign-ups.

What we did

Meta lead campaigns with instant forms and website sign-ups, stop-motion and collector reaction videos, lookalike audiences, and every lead sent straight into Klaviyo.

€0.45

a waitlist lead

9,695

waitlist leads from €4,340 of Meta ads

14 days

to pass the whole Oasis waitlist, with 3,500 sign-ups

Meta Ads Manager, 7 Sep to 23 Oct 2026. Oasis waitlist figure from Iconic Cards.

Case study · Local business

An independent café

West Dublin

The goal

More footfall, more brunch orders and stronger weekday sales.

What we did

Google Search and Maps ads, Meta promotions and Uber Eats ads.

3.1×

in sales for every €1 of ads and fees, counted cautiously

+25%

about a quarter more in sales every month since August 2025, against the same month a year earlier

3,678

direction requests from Google, at €0.44 each

Café's till (net sales ex VAT), Google Ads and Business Profile, Aug 2025 to Jan 2026. Cautious count: €21,964 extra sales ÷ €7,108 total cost. Counting every euro of growth would give 9.4×; we don't.

Also

A Dublin dental clinic: 70 phone calls and 217 direction requests in one month, from €454 of Google ads.

Google Ads, May 2026.

A large public event in Dublin: attendance grew from 12,000+ in 2024 to 25,000+ in 2025 while we ran the campaigns.

Attendance figures from the organisers, 2024 and 2025.

Who we work with

We don't pick a niche. We pick a number.

Different businesses need different results. We start by agreeing which one matters to you, then build everything around it.

High-ticket service businesses

Wedding studios, clinics, consultants and trades. You need qualified enquiries that turn into booked revenue.

The number: booked revenue

Launches and ecommerce

Product drops, waitlists and online shops. You need a big list fast, at a low cost per sign-up, then sales from it.

The number: cost per sign-up, then sales

Local businesses

Cafés, clinics, salons and local services. You need more people through the door from the streets around you.

The number: footfall and sales

We're probably not a fit if…

  • You want more followers, not more customers.
  • You can't yet set aside a monthly budget for ads.
  • You want a big agency team. We keep the client list small, so Edmund runs your account himself.

How we work

Start small. Keep what works.

No long proposal and no 12-month lock-in. Three steps, and you can stop after any of them.

  1. Step 1

    A free 30-minute call

Tell us the number that matters: bookings, sales, sign-ups or footfall. We look at your ads, your website and your tracking.

    You get

A one-page growth plan showing where your next euro should go. Free, and yours to keep.

  2. Step 2

    A 30-day trial

We fix the tracking, launch the first campaigns and test the first round of creative and offers.

    You get

A report in money at the end of the month: what came in, what it cost and what we'd change.

  3. Step 3

    Month by month

New creative and offers every month. We cut what doesn't pay and put more behind what does.

    You get

One report a month that leads with your result, and as much or as little contact as you like.

Why Kapwa

Kapwa: the Filipino idea of a shared self.

In business terms, we're in it together. We only win when your numbers move, so every report starts with your result, not ours.

Kapwa is led by Edmund Ramirez, who has been running ads for more than ten years across search, display, social and video. He learned the trade at Sing!, a Dublin performance agency, running social, programmatic and tracking for brands in golf, insurance, events and charity. Since 2020 he has been Digital Manager at Škoda Ireland.

He started Kapwa to bring the same discipline to growing businesses in Ireland and the UK: track every euro, report in money, keep it simple.

What clients tell us we're like

  • Easy to work with
  • Keeps it simple
  • Gets the results that actually matter

Questions

Before you book

What does it cost?

A fixed monthly fee, agreed before we start, plus your ad budget. On the call we'll tell you what we'd spend and why, even if it's less than you expected.

Do I have to sign a long contract?

No. We start with a 30-day trial. After that it's month to month, so you stay because it's working.

How soon will I see results?

Leads usually start coming in within the first couple of weeks. Finding what's worth scaling takes two to three months, and we'll tell you honestly where you stand along the way.

Who actually runs my ads?

Edmund, personally. There's no hand-off to a junior account manager.

How much of my time will it take?

As much or as little as you like. Some clients want a weekly chat; others just read the monthly report.

Where and on what platforms?

From Dublin, for businesses across Ireland and the UK. Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google (Search, Maps, Performance Max and YouTube), plus TikTok when your customers are there.
